Ew, so today was horrible.
I feel disgusting right now. I just binged on an entire bag of raisins, dried fruit, almonds, nuts, banana chips, chocolate covered raisins, yogurt covered raisins.
YUCK, I hate this feeling. I want to remember this feeling though, so it’ll remind me how I’ll feel afterwards.
Now, I’m going to run my butt off. It’ll probably take an entire week...

So it was eh again today.
Oatmeal & banana
Apple, 1 1/2 cup of grapes, 10 almonds
Grilled chicken, 2 cups of spinach, lemon meringue pie, bowl of reeces puffs (This is where it got ruined…stupid college dining hall. I just can’t say no!)
Banana, 5 almonds
Muscle Milk protein nutrition shake, 5 almonds.
Atleast I ran tonight. That 15 minute power nap really helped, haha.

Eh. It was an alright day. Let’s just say it’s another cheat day, lol.
Oatmeal, honey, and banana.
Apple, 10 pieces of almonds
Big cup of fruit and yogurt parfait
Cottage cheese with blueberry jam, 10 almonds
Grilled chicken, spinach, 1/2 avocado, 7 sweet baby tomatoes
Orange
Grapes
It wasn’t that bad, but it wasn’t the best either. I wanted it to be better.

Okay, so today was absolutely horrible. I can’t seem to be consistent AT ALL. WHY NOT?! It makes me so angry.
I started off the day good. Then it got bad.
Oatmeal with bananas and honey.
Grilled Chicken, spinach, 4 french toast sticks, banana bread, huge bowl of reeces puffs.
Frozen yogurt, starbucks, giant chocolate chip cookie, taco bell.
ISN’T THAT HORRIBLE?!

I think today was an overall good day! I’m pretty sure I stuck with the meal plan, and I ended running a mile today (8:54). Maaan, I was hoping to get it in 8 minutes.
Anyways, I drank 3 liters of water, calories between 1400-1500. I even said no to the galley food and food at mendenhall! :) YAY! Why did I say no?! Cause I want to reach my goal! THAT BODY.
I feel like I succeeded today,...

TKD & 16ish minute run.
I’ve lost 10 ish pounds since 4 months ago. Too bad I still don’t feel comfortable with my body, which means I’ll have to lose at least 10 more pounds!
Is it working out so far? No, not really. I’ve binged like crazy these past couple of months. I’m gonna have to continue this in college too. Aiyah.
